Wheelchairs

At Xcaret we want everyone to feel welcome and enjoy the attractions and facilities of this natural paradise. We also know that we have visitors who need special care. Please, at the time of purchase call our Customer Service, or at the moment of your arrival go to our Visitor Services booth, and let us help you plan your day and tours, as some routes are not wheelchair accessible.
The rental service for wheelchairs and strollers is from 8:30 am until the Park’s closing.
